Welcome to Laboratory for Advanced Molecular Processing

Laboratory for Advanced Molecular Processing (LAMP) , established in 1986, has investigated materials and chemical processes for new electronic and photovoltaic devices.
All devices in the field of information technology (IT) or energy technology (ET) are made of functional materials, and economical processing technology is needed for commercialization.
Silicon materials opened our digital age with computers, displays, and various mobile devices. Also, processing technology always enables us to make higher density and faster electronic circuits. Materials and processing technology also drive solar cells to higher efficiency and lower cost.
We have been studying semiconductors, insulators, conductors, dielectrics, photovoltaic materials in various forms, and processing techniques such as chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and atomic layer deposition (ALD). Our goal is to develop better materials and processes for next generation electronic and photovoltaic devices.
We would like to share this dream with anybody in the world.
