 Research and development of hybrid vehicles recently have been actively. However, there are disadvantages that must be changed many bids higher than the general vehicles, the existing vehicles.
   It is possible to use the ISG to address alternator and starter conventional vehicle, performing a mild hybrid function with minimal changes of the vehicle. It is obtained by research and development ISG with the power density of the highest level, to increase the technical level, it is to be applied to the actual vehicle.

 The above figure is part of the design of the ISG motor development. Not only electromagnetic design, and includes potato analyzing structural analysis and stress, thermal analysis, vibration, noise analysis.

 

 

 - Inverter Design

 The drive motor of development with integrated motor/inverter can replace the existing alternator position. Therefore, as shown in the figure above is the design of a circular substrate. In parallel with this, heat flow analysis of the fan and fan design is also underway.
   It has led the ISG design studies that meet the specifications of the world's highest level through the ISG development issues, it is pushing forward the development of innovative products.
